The Singapore Rice Recipe and techniques came to B through a mix of Hainanese and Cantonese cultures. Starting in Hainan, a small island in the south of China, the original version was made with Wengchang chickens (smaller and friendlier than normal chickens). In a saucepan heat oil then add finger cutting chicken, ginger garlic paste, and stir fry when a chicken gets to change their color add red chili, vinegar, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper cook the chicken until oil comes into the surface of the pan, then add one cup water and cook the gravy thick.

In a yolk heat, oil and then add carrots stir fry now add capsicum and cabbage cook for 1 minute add soya sauce, red chilli, black pepper and mix well add noddle’s mix properly

In a bowl add mayonnaise and hot sauce and mix well
How to Assemble Singapore rice rise
Take a Pyrex try and layer rise in the bottom of the try then made the second layer of noddle’s third layer chicken gravy and then layer a mayo sauce.
You can also add creamy garlic sauce according to your choice
How to make the creamy garlic sauce
|Lemon juice||One teaspoon|
|Caster sugar||One teaspoon|
|Crushed garlic||One clove|
|Crushed red pepper||As for taste|
In a bowl add the ingredients and mix well
Tips for essay cooking
You want everything to be hot while serving; that’s how you would go.
1st: cook spaghetti and rice.
2nd: while they cook, cut vegetables and everything.
Third, make the sauce.
4th: make the mayonnaise sauce.
(these steps can be done about an hour or two before serving)
Now you have to work quickly.
5th: make the rice base.
6th: Heat the sauce while you prepare the rice.
Seventh: Fry the vegetables and add them directly on top.
8th: Spaghetti in the microwave for a minute and add.
