Cooking Oil 3-4 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic paste 1teaspon
Soya  sauce 1tps
Hot sauce one teaspoon
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Vinegar 1tea spoon
Black pepper 1tps
Red Chili powder 1tps
Water 100 ml

 

In a saucepan heat oil then add finger cutting chicken, ginger garlic paste, and stir fry when a chicken gets to change their color add red chili, vinegar, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper cook the chicken until oil comes into the surface of the pan, then add one cup water and cook the gravy thick.

Noddle’s/ spaghetti 1packet(boiled)
Capsicum 100grams (jillion cut)
Carat 100Grams
Cabbage 100Grams
Black pepper one teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1teaspoon

 

In a yolk heat, oil and then add carrots stir fry now add capsicum  and cabbage cook for 1 minute add soya sauce, red chilli, black pepper and mix  well add noddle’s mix properly

Ingredients Quantity
Mayonnaise 1 cup
 Hot sauce ½ cup
Black pepper 1pinch

For fragrance

Green cardamom      as like    cumin seeds                  as like

 

In a bowl add mayonnaise and hot sauce and mix well

How to Assemble Singapore rice rise

Take a Pyrex try and layer rise in the bottom of the try then made the second layer of noddle’s third layer chicken gravy and then layer a mayo sauce.

You can also add creamy garlic sauce according to your choice

How to make the creamy garlic sauce

ingredients Quantity
Mayonnaise Two tablespoon
Cream One cup
Lemon juice One teaspoon
Caster sugar One teaspoon
Crushed garlic One clove
Crushed red pepper As for taste

Method

In a bowl add the ingredients and mix well
